My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were like a complete mini-suite, spacious and very comfortable, equipped with a kitchen, dresser, queen bed, and a separate area for relaxation. However, there were issues with booking and delays, as they had only one night reserved instead of three upon my arrival. The location was a bit dark and distant from downtown Toronto, but the facilities made up for it. The dining experience was mediocre, and the hotel could have offered more variety. Despite some downsides, the service was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my family's comfort and even arranging additional amenities in our room.

However, there was this awful clicking sound all night that disturbed our rest. The room had a seating area with a TV, but all we could see were wires hanging out of the wall and a picture leaned against the wall in front of the wires.

The service was very accommodating, especially when we needed to switch rooms due to noise disruptions. The dining options were good but could have been warmer. A convenient spot for a short stay near Toronto.

Despite being away from the elevators, the hotel room was outdated and showed signs of neglect with gunk, dirt, and stains. The service was okay overall, but lacked customer service skills. The location, while convenient for a business trip, was far from the airport, and the dining experience left much to be desired with inadequate breakfast options.
The hotel is conveniently situated near the Toronto Congress Centre and offers a quiet environment despite planes overhead. The rooms are modern, clean, and come with a comfortable king bed and a cozy sitting room featuring a fireplace. The hotel provides good value for money, especially with the added living room space. However, the dining experience may not meet expectations with low-quality food offerings and abrupt service during meals.
